I love this skill. I use it with Arcane Echo for an Echo Surge PvE mesmer. Not very effective at damage but hell of a fun way to play............

Energy Surge is part of my standard build. I often use it together with Spiritual Pain and Chaos Storm to deal huge damage right at the beginning of a PvE fight. Very satisfying ^^
